Description:
LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort is seeking an Accommodation Supervisor to join its Hotel Operations Team, supporting the daily operations of two themed hotels and the LEGOLAND® Woodland Village lodges and barrels. This role is essential in delivering a world-class experience for families staying at the resort.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a central point of contact for the accommodations team.
Respond to department queries via radio, phone, email, and digital systems.
Handle guest complaints on the spot and manage reservation-related issues.
Monitor in-house systems for guest and staff requests, ensuring timely action.
Support employee relations matters and ensure smooth daily operations.
Maintain accurate records, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations, risk assessments, and incident reporting.
Qualifications & Skills:
Previous hotel function experience (front desk, reception, or admin) is essential.
Strong communication skills across phone, email, and digital channels.
Experience with data metrics, reporting, and tracking.
Passion for exceeding guest expectations and improving guest KPI metrics.
Knowledge of health & safety and risk compliance.
Ability to lead by example and empower the team to enhance guest experiences.
