Role Overview:
The Account Director, Client Services, will work closely with high-profile clients and social platforms in the MENA region, reporting to the Managing Director, MENA, and collaborating with the London team. The role focuses on nurturing and growing client relationships and partnerships while leading a team of Account Directors and Managers.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive growth of strategic key accounts within Partnerships with expert knowledge of the creator industry.
Manage and mentor direct reports, providing strategic guidance to support account growth and retention.
Serve as the main point of contact for clients and partners, maintaining trust, reliability, and reputation.
Ensure delivery aligns with platform partner and business director standards.
Prioritize client relationships to drive growth, repeat business, and support new opportunities.
Resolve complex campaign issues with effective solutions.
Lead creation and presentation of post-campaign reports in collaboration with measurement teams.
Apply strategic, commercial, and analytical thinking to client management and content strategies.
Stay informed about platform features, paid media, and cross-funnel marketing solutions.
Continuously improve client service and delivery, maintaining high standards and operational efficiency.
What You Will Need:
Proven experience as an Account Director or Client Partner with a successful track record in winning and growing business.
Experience in influencer marketing or media/advertising sectors.
Passion and understanding of influencer, social media, and digital marketing trends, particularly in travel.
Strong commercial awareness, organization, confidence, and excellent communication skills.
Creativity in planning and exceeding targets.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
