Description:
C&J ERP, a fast-growing UK-based technology consulting business, is seeking an Account Executive to drive new business opportunities in the ERP market. The organization has been experiencing rapid growth and is looking for a dynamic sales professional to help expand its reach across the UK and Europe.
As an Account Executive, your primary responsibility will be to sell ERP technology and services to senior finance buyers (CFOs, FDs, and Operations Leaders). This is a key role in generating new business through proactive lead generation, managing a strong sales pipeline, and closing deals to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Sell ERP technology and services to senior finance decision-makers across the UK and Europe.
Generate leads through cold calling, emailing, and networking to create qualified sales opportunities.
Maintain and update a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring accurate forecasting.
Understand customer needs, apply sales methodologies, and engage with multiple stakeholders in complex sales cycles.
Meet and exceed revenue targets through effective prospecting, lead generation, and sales execution.
Ideal Candidate:
Minimum 3 years of experience in a quota-carrying role selling software and services to midmarket & enterprise businesses.
Proven experience selling to finance decision-makers (CFO/FD/Operations Leaders).
Strong ability to work independently or within a small team as a self-starter.
Excellent communication skills and experience managing complex sales cycles.
