Description:
New Relic is seeking an experienced and driven Account Executive to take ownership of the Baltic & Nordic territory, leading strategic new business acquisition. This is a high-impact role for a results-oriented sales professional with a deep understanding of technology-driven solutions and a strong track record in enterprise SaaS sales. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional relationship-building skills, domain expertise, and the ability to close large, multi-year deals while collaborating across internal sales support teams.
Account Acquisition: Own and develop sales strategy for the Baltic & Nordic territory, targeting new accounts and becoming a long-term partner in clients’ technology ecosystems.
Top of Funnel Expansion: Drive prospecting efforts in conjunction with centralized marketing. Engage C-suite executives, stakeholders, and users to create buy-in and interest.
Sales Execution: Follow New Relic’s sales process to close high-value SaaS deals. Maintain Salesforce data, pipeline health, forecasting, and alignment with sales management.
Customer-Centric Sales: Analyze each prospect’s business strategy, technology stack, and news/events to identify business needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
Product Proficiency: Demonstrate deep understanding of New Relic’s observability and performance monitoring product suite.
Must-Have:
Demonstrated success in quota-carrying sales roles, focusing on new business acquisition.
Experience closing multi-year, subscription-based SaaS deals.
Track record of strategic selling and relationship development with C-level and technical stakeholders.
Experience working in or selling into the Baltic or Nordic region.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional background.
Strong collaboration skills with internal pre-sales and solution teams.
Deep domain knowledge in tech/software/SaaS.
