Responsibilities:

 

  • Drive new business acquisition in France, in addition to the UK & US markets, focusing on digital agencies and enterprise brands + connecting with C-level to C-2 business leaders
  • Consistently build external technical and business champions to land new logos to the tune of an >$800,000-1 million ARR annual quota
  • Work with internal champions to build and deliver ROI assessments within your accounts to prove the value of the Adthena solution and close strategic deals
  • Generate 20-30% of your sales pipeline on your own, with the remaining coming from your BDR, Marketing & Partnerships, with the ability to manage numerous transactions simultaneously through the sales funnel in <100 days
  • Execute your own contracts and commercial negotiations with prospects to close opportunities with a 30% win rate
  • Learn and apply the Adthena Sales playbook consistently.
  • Master MEDDPICC to drive and grow your opportunities
  • Run structured, value-led discovery that links personal pain to business impact
  • Run clean, well-structured meetings with UFCs and clear next steps
  • Use ROI models and success stories to drive urgency and alignment.
  • Leverage your Native-French language skills and market knowledge to build trust and influence decision-makers.
