Description:

Pegasus Group welcomes applications for their 2026 Graduate Training Scheme. The Graduate Urban Designer will join the dynamic Urban Design team in the Bristol office, working on a variety of projects for diverse clients. This role provides valuable exposure and a supportive training environment, offering graduates the opportunity to develop their skills through hands-on experience in urban design and planning projects, feasibility studies, master planning, development briefs, and design strategies for both developers and private clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support conceptual urban design and planning work across a variety of projects and schemes.

• Assist in feasibility studies, master planning, development briefs, and design strategies.

• Work closely with the Design team in delivering consultancy services.

• Gain exposure across multiple sectors and client types to support professional development.

• Learn on the job with guidance from the Graduate Training Scheme and mentorship from senior experts.

Qualifications:

• Undergraduate or postgraduate degree in Urban Design, Urban Planning, Architecture, or a related subject.

• Logical and analytical approach to problem-solving.

• Strong communication skills.

• Ability to use initiative and think creatively (“outside the box”).

• Work experience in Urban Design or Architecture advantageous but not essential.
