Account Executive

Description:

The Account Executive role is a full-time position responsible for supporting the team and our clients, driving the successful delivery of marketing and creative projects.

On a day-to-day basis, you'll work closely with the account director and the creative team on a number of our exciting fitness accounts. You’ll be following and adding to a program of content, creating social media posts, emails and marketing materials, sourcing images and video, writing copy, attending events tracking and reporting on campaign performance, and coordinating project timelines.

You’ll be confident communicating with clients by email, video calls and in-person from time to time, to progress projects successfully and report on campaign status.

You’ll contribute to brainstorms and ideation sessions, take briefs from clients and work closely with the team to deliver high-quality work, with exceptional attention to detail.

And although this is a remote role, you'd never know it from how connected we all feel, whether we're hopping on video calls, joining weekly team meetings and project huddles, collaborating and supporting each other over Teams, just as if we were sitting side by side. We also arrange regular team meet-ups to work and have some fun together. So life at Early never feels isolated or lonely.

Experience

  • Ideally a graduate with 2-3 years marketing and/or social media experience, preferably gained in a Fitness-related environment.
  • Previous experience in an agency, marketing, or client-facing commercial role is highly beneficial.
  • A genuine passion for health and fitness and the fitness industry; you follow it, you understand its culture and dynamics, and you feel confident delivering messaging and creative campaigns to its audiences, authentically.
  • Social media savvy with a strong grasp of platform trends, content formats, and what makes people stop scrolling, sit up and take action.
  • Understanding of brands and the importance of remaining brand compliant at all times.

Skills and attitude

  • Hands-on creativity: you can help generate ideas and also get involved in bringing them to life.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable communicating with clients in a professional manner, using the agency tone of voice.
  • Confident presenting to the agency team and to clients, usually alongside colleagues.
  • A strong work ethic with the ability to roll your sleeves and work on multiple projects and clients at once.
  • Curious, proactive, and an eye for opportunity.
  • A desire to collaborate and share thinking, with a real team-player mentality and a goals-focused mindset.
