As part of our continued growth, we're looking to bring another Associate onto the helm of our social team. This is a great opportunity for someone in the early days of their marketing career that is obsessed with social media and knows the difference between 'Ads Manager' and the boost button when it comes to Paid Social. Hopefully you will have gleaned some experience in an agency already and know you love the agency and energy that brings! We're working with huge global brands where you'll have a chance to really refine your account handling skills and creative thinking.

You will primarily be involved in successfully setting up campaigns and be responsible for the ongoing optimisation according to the client's requirements. A large part of the role will also involve delivering regular reports and acting as the key liaison internally. There will also be an opportunity to support with new business strategy, social media best practices and campaign planning.

The day to day:

• Set up and continuously optimise campaigns on all social media platforms
• Work collaboratively across internal teams to advise on creative solutions using a variety of formats
• Experience with TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, YouTube and Instagram are a plus
• Work across multiple markets and brands
• Work with the wider team to build out campaigns that effectively dovetail into the wider content strategy
• Be pro-active in searching for opportunities for the agency and clients with industry developments
• Help to translate insights/analytics and data into client-friendly campaign reports in conjunction with internal teams
