Job Description:
The role involves leading a programme of improvement and evolution in the account management service, working closely with various teams to improve water company performance and reduce environmental impact. The focus is on fostering strategic alignment, consistency, and decision-making across this customer group. You will also be responsible for building relationships and understanding governance within the water industry regulatory framework. The role requires strong leadership, programme management skills, and the ability to drive change.
