Description:
As an Account Manager at Axess Systems you will be tasked with finding and generating new business, in order to establish a successful customer base that you will ultimately be responsible for.
You will be responsible for driving digital transformation through effective engagement with customers at all levels, C-level executives, leadership teams and technical teams.
You will build strong relationships with your clients to fully uncover and understand their business challenges and goals.
In this role, you'll be expected to:
· Maintain and develop a strong relationship with your clients.
· Offer consultative advice and bring in technical resource where necessary.
· Negotiate contract upgrades and renewals
· Arranging face to face and video meetings to build on existing relationships.
· Become a strategic partner advising clients on products which will improve their business.
Are you the person we are looking for?
· IT Sales, Cloud or Hosting background with 2 years’ experience would be advantageous
· Commercially minded
· Goal oriented and driven
· Ability to create strong relationships
· Capable negotiator and ability to create and manage pipeline effectively
· Able to prioritise, multi-task and work on your own initiative
· Looking for the opportunity to develop and step up to bigger and greater challenges
