Are you a highly-motivated people person with an eye for data insights? Our Sales team is growing, and we’re ready to welcome you as our new Account Manager.

If you’re great with people, this role could be perfect to you. We’re looking for people with experience in account management: relationship-builders with a flair for using data to really understand their dealers’ business needs. And we’d love to hear from you about your track record of success in retaining and growing revenue within an ever-changing sales environment.

We’re passionate about delivering the best possible service. We do this in conjunction with our network of partner support hubs, who, with a range of skills, are dedicated to meeting our dealer partner needs.

Working out in the field in a specific geographical region, you’ll be working with a broad range of clients from small independent business owners to larger forecourt sized dealers. Each dealership journey is unique, and we help them achieve great results through our personalised approach to underwriting and unparalleled customer service.

We invest in our sales team with full support and “tools for the job”. You will be working with a world class CRM platform (Salesforce.com) that will effectively allow you to record and analyse all of your dealer data and activity. You will be supported with regular one-to-one meetings and will be coached throughout your career to achieve your very highest potential and performance. We want to become an insight led partner to our dealers. You will be presenting unique data that will allow you to add unrivalled insight on motor dealer forecourts, helping you to build high value, long term relationships with your dealer partners. We have recently developed our “Close way of selling”, that will give us a new way of adding value, whilst developing the skills and knowledge of our sales colleagues.

About you

We have a team of successful, professional Account Managers that thrive on developing our dealer partner relationships through adding value on the forecourt. You will be fanatical about dealer satisfaction, and able to present our finance and digital products confidently.
