NCC Group is always looking for amazing people to join our team. Currently, we are seeking an Account Manager to join our Assurance (cybersecurity) function.
This team was set up 18 months ago and has experience huge success exploiting on a large market demand for cybersecurity offerings in the small and medium business sector.
As an Account Manager within our core sales division you will be responsible for selling the full range of services provided by the Assurance division to customers in the small or medium business teams. Your focus is to gain revenue growth through organically growing your account base, focusing on building long-term, sustainable relationships. You will be joining a high-performing sales team in a challenging, fun and true tech environment.
The Challenge:
As an Account Executive, you will be focused on new business development and growing existing customers.
Build long term, sustainable, relationships with new clients in order to create pipeline, close business and support revenue growth for the Assurance (cyber security) division.
Focus on targeting new prospective customers, building pipeline, closing business in order to create and grow your own account base
Work with sales management to build effective account and opportunity plans
Work alongside internal delivery teams in order to develop opportunities and ensure we close projects in a timely fashion.
Work with the Technical, Operations and Finance teams in order to ensure we provide excellent service to our customers

We are looking for someone with previous experience of:
Tenacity and drive to seek new business and meet or exceed targets with a proven track record of over performing
Knowledge and understanding of the cyber security technology industry
Ambitious, intelligent and competitive
Capable of gaining an understanding of a client’s business case and articulating value propositions aligned to their organization
Previous experience in sales forecasting and account planning
Cyber Sales experience is a big plus
