Description:
Onemedia, a leading and rapidly expanding technical distributor and full-service provider in the visual communications and workplace technology industry, is seeking a dynamic and driven Internal Sales Account Manager. Based in newly refurbished offices in Bracknell, this role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with the UK’s top integrators and consultants, delivering expert solutions and building strong client relationships in a collaborative team environment.
Account Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing B2B clients.
Conduct periodic account reviews to identify growth potential.
Understand client requirements and align tailored solutions accordingly.
Collaborate closely with external sales and technical support teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Sales & Revenue Generation:
Consistently meet or exceed defined sales targets for assigned accounts.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to drive revenue.
Develop professional and persuasive quotations and follow through to deal closure.
Confidently negotiate pricing, packages, and terms of service.
Customer Service Excellence:
Provide prompt, high-quality service to address customer queries and issues.
Ensure CRM systems are accurately maintained and updated.
Foster customer loyalty and satisfaction through proactive communication and support.
Essential:
Strong track record in B2B sales or account management roles.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Results-driven, with solid negotiation and closing abilities.
Organised, commercially minded, and self-motivated.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM experience (Salesforce preferred, but not essential).
Must have the right to work in the UK.
Desirable:
Familiarity with AV technology such as Digital Signage, AV over IP, IPTV, LED, LFD, and Projection Systems.
