Description:

The Account Manager - Client Success (Risk & Audit) at Diligent will act as a Lead Client Success Advisor focusing on key accounts to drive adoption, retention, and expansion within Diligent’s GRC platform. The role combines expertise in people, process, and technology to deliver client success and retention strategies. You will develop strategic account plans, educate clients on product functionalities, manage success metrics, and work closely with internal teams to enhance the platform and client experience. Monitoring industry trends and regulatory developments will also be part of your role.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans and roadmaps to drive client retention and expansion

  • Serve as subject matter expert on Diligent’s GRC products and services

  • Lead product overview sessions and educate clients on best practices for optimizing platform use

  • Identify and manage client success metrics and drive accountability in business reviews

  • Coordinate seamless handovers through the customer journey ensuring knowledge retention

  • Conduct in-depth assessments of clients’ GRC requirements and recommend tailored solutions

  • Identify at-risk clients and promote platform adoption

  • Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, Support, and Sales teams for continuous improvement

  • Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices and share insights with clients
