Account Manager

Description:

Kickass Online Ltd, a fast-growing digital agency, is hiring a remote Account Manager to oversee and grow client relationships across web development, automation, and traffic generation services such as SEO and PPC. This role requires someone confident, proactive, and capable of juggling multiple client projects with precision and clear communication.

As the main point of contact for clients, you’ll use tools like ClickUp and HubSpot daily to manage tasks, track progress, and ensure deliverables are met on time. Your role will include collaborating closely with internal teams including web developers, SEO specialists, and automation experts, all while identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts.

This is a fully remote position but requires availability during UK business hours (9am–6pm). Applicants must be based in time zones within two hours of the UK (e.g., Ireland, most of Europe, South Africa).

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and nurture client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and service delivery

• Manage and track projects using ClickUp

• Communicate via HubSpot CRM and reporting tools

• Coordinate internally with delivery teams to ensure success across multiple services

• Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and track client performance

• Provide regular client updates and performance reports

Requirements:

• Solid experience in an Account Management role or similar

• Advanced skills in ClickUp and HubSpot

• Exceptional communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities

• Strong knowledge of digital marketing fundamentals

• Comfortable working independently and across time zones

• Bonus: Ability to communicate in Greek
