Account Manager

 

Description:

Omnicom Media Group UK is seeking a Biddable Account Manager to join its Manchester team and play a pivotal role in managing high-impact digital campaigns across some of the world’s leading brands. Reporting to the Manchester Biddable Director, this role offers the chance to work across multiple OMG UK agencies and Centres of Excellence, delivering exceptional biddable media solutions.

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong capabilities in media planning, campaign activation, data analysis, and team leadership, while being adaptable to a fluid and evolving agency environment. The role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution, ensuring delivery of best-in-class digital performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead day-to-day campaign implementation and execution across biddable platforms (paid search/social).

  • Coordinate responses to briefs and collaborate with wider media teams.

  • Develop detailed media plans with clear budget allocations and rationale.

  • Ensure timely campaign activation aligned with media plans and flighting.

  • Implement and maintain processes for budget accuracy and pacing.

  • Continuously optimize campaign performance against KPIs through detailed analysis.

  • Drive test-and-learn strategies with regular experimentation.

  • Produce and present weekly reports, Post-Campaign Analyses (PCA), and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR).

  • Manage monthly financial reconciliation processes.

  • Develop strong working relationships with agency and media partners.

  • Promote adoption of new features and technologies with media partners.

  • Share updates and industry trends with the wider team.

  • Occasional travel to OMG offices in London or Newcastle as needed.

  • Capable of managing multiple priorities and mentoring junior team members.

  • Proficient in ad platforms, trafficking, and analytics tools.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

  • Open to flexible and hybrid working arrangements.
