At Creation, we’re all about creating remarkable experiences and as Account Manager you will play a pivotal role in bringing bold ideas to life. You will be responsible for building strong relationships, understanding client objectives and ensuring projects are delivered seamlessly from brief through to execution. Working closely with internal creative, production and operations teams, the role balances strategic thinking with hands-on coordination to deliver multiple projects at pace, on time and on budget. We’re a fast-moving, fun-loving full service production and experiential agency, and as Account Manager you are key to maintaining momentum, driving quality and bringing our clients’ vision to life.

What you will be responsible for
Reporting to the Account Director, as an Account Manager you will be working both alone and as part of a team. We’re looking for a doer, someone with an entrepreneurial spark, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive under pressure. The role provides a varied work day that can include:


  • Acting as a bridge between client, external suppliers and internal business units - Fabrication, Asset Management, Design, Technical Production
  • Juggling multiple projects in various stages of delivery - from concept to completion
  • Managing project budgets, supplier relationships, timelines and resources via existing workflows and project management software processes
  • Providing both conceptual and detailed visual representation of projects at various stages of their lifecycle - enabling projects to move through stakeholders and achieve the relevant sign offs
  • Identifying emerging opportunities and providing creative recommendations to support client objectives
  • Managing client requests or issue escalations as needed
  • Providing structured updates to your manager
  • Collaborating with Creation’s Internal Departments who make up your project team
     

What we are looking for
Successful candidates will be proactive, with exceptional communication and organisational skills, capable of managing a wide range of responsibilities in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. They will have:


  • Experience as an account manager or hospitality management
  • Experience owning and leading client relationships
  • Confident IT skills (Google suite use preferable)
  • Budgeting and financial planning capabilities
  • A full driving license
