Responsibilities

• Ownership of the entire AP process as well as your own supplier list
• Manage the shared finance inbox and respond to internal and external queries
• Own a set of supplier accounts, handling day-to-day transactions and issue resolution
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve outstanding balances
• Maintain and track advance payments and final invoice reconciliations
• Follow up on internal invoice approvals and supplier refunds
• Process high volumes of supplier invoices across multiple entities
• Prepare and process weekly payment runs and remittances
• Review and process staff expense claims in line with company policy
• Support general finance admin, including digital filing and record maintenance

What our client needs to see (required):

• 2-5 years’ experience in AP
• Experience owning payment runs
• Strong with Microsoft Excel
• Excellent written and verbal communicator

Desirable criteria:

• Manual invoicing experience
• Exposure to a business with multiple entities
• Pro forma invoicing experience
