As part of the One Great Team, you will play an integral role in delivering high-quality activities while promoting safety and guest satisfaction. This role offers flexibility with full-time, part-time, and seasonal options, making it ideal for those passionate about working with people and bringing energy to every activity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a variety of activities, ensuring they are enjoyable and safe for all guests.

• Engage with guests of all ages, providing friendly and clear instructions for each activity.

• Conduct safety checks on equipment and activity areas, maintaining high safety standards.

• Set up and pack away activity equipment, ensuring areas are tidy and organised.

• Encourage participation and create a welcoming, fun atmosphere that boosts team spirit.

Requirements:

• Experience in a similar activities or sports role is beneficial but not essential.

• Friendly, energetic, and confident in leading activities to groups of all ages.

• Strong awareness of health and safety practices in an activity environment.

• Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle any arising issues.

• Flexibility with availability, including weekends and school holidays.

• Must be 18 years or older.
