Admin & Accounts Assistant

 

Description:

MTI Network is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Admin & Accounts Assistant to join our dynamic team in London. This entry-level role involves providing essential support to our London team and global partners.

 

Job Description:

As a Admin & Accounts Assistant, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing general office administrative assistance.
  • Maintaining the MTI database to ensure client details, vessel fleet lists, addresses, contacts, training, marketing, invoices, partner control information, and other required data are up to date.
  • Raising a high volume of quarterly service fee invoices.
  • Marking off payments received for weekly cash receipts.
  • Recording all fleet changes on the Lloyds Casualty list and uploading updated spreadsheets to the Lloyds Casualty system.
  • Uploading new clients to the database and sending out welcome emails with relevant information and attachments.

This role may require business travel and occasional weekend availability.

  • Ability to commute to our London office (Mon to Friday 09:00 to 17:30)
  • Strong IT skills, with proficiency in the full MS suite.
