Derby College Group (DCG) is seeking a proactive and highly organised Administration Co-ordinator to join the administrative team at the Joseph Wright Centre campus. This role is essential in ensuring smooth departmental operations, supporting leadership, and maintaining effective communication across campus and curriculum areas. Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate communication across campus and curriculum areas, ensuring smooth and consistent departmental operations.

  • Provide high-level administrative support to leadership teams, ensuring effective resource management and organisation.

  • Manage and maintain administrative systems to support inspections, audits, and strategic projects.

  • Organise meetings, events, and activities, ensuring accurate documentation and efficient delivery.

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to staff, students, and visitors, acting as a reliable first point of contact.

  • Ensure effective reporting and record-keeping to support compliance and quality assurance standards.

  • Support cross-college initiatives and projects, demonstrating flexibility and a collaborative approach.

About You:

  • Organised, adaptable, and experienced in busy office environments.

  • Excellent IT skills, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.

  • Confident communicator, able to interact with a wide range of stakeholders.

  • Strong customer service orientation, with a collaborative and professional approach.

  • Keen eye for detail, with strong problem-solving and multi-tasking skills.

  • Level 3 qualification in administration or customer service (essential).
