Administration Manager / Receptionist

 

Description:

The successful candidate will report directly to the Redbrick Directors / Management team and must be able to achieve individually whilst being a supportive team member and contribute to the overall success of the complex. It is also important that you display excellent communication/interpersonal skills.

The role is a full time, permanent position and includes weekends and Bank Holidays on a rota basis.

The ideal candidate must have:

  • Strong communications skills - written and verbal
  • Excellent customer service skills and a proactive team player
  • IT skills essential
  • Flexible and adaptable with the ability to prioritise and plan workload
  • A highly organised and professional approach with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Positive and engaging personality, with an energetic attitude
