Description:
Previous experience of Engineering Asset Management/Computerised Maintenance Management Systems whilst preferable is not a requirement, however you should have proven experience of using database software/excel to input/manipulate data, a willingness to learn/understand existing departmental processes and great attention to detail.
Main Responsibilities
- Implement a revised asset hierarchy, migrating existing assets to ensure historic records are preserved
- Work with Facilities & Engineering stores persons to develop a stores architecture and procedures to transfer functions into Infor (HxGN)
- Investigate asset health tracking and reporting capabilities of Infor, working with the Asset Manager to integrate Infor asset health tracking with their Strategic Asset Management Plan.
- Working with Thorpe Park Finance and Technical Services Administration Teams investigate Purchasing capabilities of Infor and support business case development for whether Purchase Order creation & tracking should be implemented using Infor
- Working with the Asset/Training & Development/Compliance Managers & Senior Engineering Area Managers to understand reporting requirements, investigate & develop automated compliance/performance reports /dashboards to meet department reporting needs
- Working with other Merlin parks to understand Infor utilisation on how such process can be replicated at Thorpe
- Implementing approved modifications to ride PPM Checklists as directed by the Asset Manager
- Working with Infor Support functions to implement enhanced utilisation within Thorpe Park Technical Services, report software bugs and request improvements to benefit our operations
- Attend any safety/Infor (HxGN) training as required by the business to enhance capabilities
- Support training sessions on new Infor processes for the Technical Services Team
- Champion the use of Infor in supporting everyday business activity within the Technical Services Department
