Description:

Join our team at Gallagher Bassett, where you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting our claims process. We're looking for an organised and proactive individual to handle a variety of administrative tasks.

Please note that this is a 12 month fixed-term contract.

How You'll Make An Impact
 

  • Mail and Filing Management: Open, sort, and prepare outgoing mail, and maintain accurate filing of claims folders.
  • Claims Administration: Record, acknowledge, and close claims using company software, issue standard letters, and complete paperwork with precision.
  • Client and Team Support: Answer and distribute phone calls, assist with diary management, and provide general office support (e.g. ordering supplies, maintaining equipment).
  • Compliance and Procedures: Adhere to Gallagher Bassett's policies and actively participate in our training programs to ensure professional growth.

  • You’re proficient in MS Office and can adapt to new systems quickly
