Description:

17Capital, a leading private credit manager specializing in NAV finance for the private equity industry, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join its London-based team. The successful candidate will provide dedicated administrative support to the Head of Marketing & Communications and the Investor Relations team, while also assisting with cross-departmental administrative functions when required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide full diary and travel management support for the Head of Marketing & Communications and three Investor Relations Directors.

  • Manage expense processing for senior team members and ensure timely and accurate reporting.

  • Act as a liaison between internal departments and external clients, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.

  • Assist with meeting coordination, travel bookings, and general administrative support for the wider EMEA Investor Relations team.

  • Support the Executive Assistant to Managing Directors with overflow tasks, event planning, and scheduling of global meetings.

  • Help organize team lunches, dinners, and social events, ensuring smooth logistics and coordination.

  • Provide front-of-house assistance during company events, large meetings, and client functions.

  • Offer ad hoc administrative support across departments as needed.


Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • A flexible, proactive, and team-oriented mindset, capable of adapting to changing demands.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all administrative tasks.

  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.

  • Comfortable working across different time zones and managing global schedules.

  • Demonstrates initiative, professionalism, and a service-oriented attitude.


Knowledge & Experience:

  • 2–4 years of experience as a team or administrative assistant.

  • Background in Finance, Legal, or Professional Services preferred.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
