This role is essential to keeping our operations running smoothly — from customer service and order processing to coordinating logistics and supporting finance.

Key Responsibilities

As an Administration Assistant at Primo Play Limited, tasks will include, but not be limited to:

· Processing and posting invoices accurately.

· Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in person.

· Managing key customer accounts and maintaining strong client relationships.

· Liaising with courier companies to confirm delivery details and lead times.

· Processing sales orders from receipt through to dispatch.

· Supporting general office administration as needed.

Required Qualifications and Skills

We’re looking for someone with the following qualifications and attributes:

· Must demonstrate sound judgement and decision-making abilities.

· Experience with Sage 50 Accounts (or similar software) preferred — training will be provided.

· Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.

· Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

· Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

· Positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and support the wider team
