Description:
Link Worldwide is looking to hire a dedicated Administrative & Data Reporting Coordinator to become the contract’s main point of contact for managing data reporting, stock holding movement, savings, rebates, and profit tracking. This hybrid role demands a professional with strong analytical capabilities combined with top-tier administrative efficiency and client-facing communication skills.
The successful candidate will be responsible for compiling, cleansing, and structuring data from multiple sources to ensure consistency and accuracy in reporting. This data will be used for trend analysis, performance insights, and client decision-making. The role also includes order and invoice tracking, client query resolution, and supporting finance and procurement teams to ensure alignment with contractual obligations.
Additional key responsibilities include:
Developing reports and dashboards using tools such as Power BI and Excel
Supporting leadership with Management Information (MI) reporting and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
Coordinating closely with client-side procurement and supply chain teams to facilitate product line expansion
Resolving order, invoice, and aged debt queries with accuracy and urgency
Delivering high-quality customer service and providing data-driven business recommendations
Translating business challenges into effective reporting and operational solutions
Regularly updating stock holding reports and monitoring commercial targets
This is a dynamic position involving both administrative (70%) and commercial (30%) responsibilities, making it ideal for someone who thrives in data-focused environments while maintaining strong interpersonal engagement with both internal teams and external clients.
