Description:
We have a new administrator role in our Adult Social Care Support Services Financial Services Team. Our role is an important part of supporting the care sector as we work with people receiving a service and their families to ensure they are fairly assessed and pay what is needed for the care they and their loved ones receive.
You will already have some experience of administration and working on the telephone with members of the public, but we will provide training and support to ensure you gain confidence in these key areas. You will have IT skills as well as English and Maths GCSE Grade C / Grade 4 (or equivalent) and ideally an NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration or Customer Service (or equivalent experience). Whilst administration skills are important, perhaps more importantly we want team members who reflect our values of respect, integrity and excellence when working for the individuals we support and providing excellent customer service.
