Description:
We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our leading client who specialise in maintenance support.
Key Duties
- Responsible for the performance and renewal of maintenance contracts with customers
- Scheduling engineer's diaries
- Ensuring all reports are completed by engineers, copied to customers, and correctly filed
- Providing quotations for repair work based on engineer's visits and chasing customers for purchase orders
- Ordering and monitoring spare parts as required, including warranty spares
- Providing monthly statistics for management meetings
- Assisting with the logistics and general administration of the company
Experience Required
- Excellent customer service, organisational & problem solving skills
- Previous administration experience
- Understanding of a service environment
- Experience working within logistics
- Confident user of Microsoft office packages
