We’re looking for a reliable and motivated Administrator to join our team in Dunmurry (BT17). This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to start or grow their career in administration. You’ll play a key role in supporting our operations by processing purchase orders and handling communications with our site teams

 

Key Responsibilities

· Process purchase orders using our ERP system (full training provided)

· Handle incoming correspondence and requests from site teams

· Maintain accurate records and documentation

· Provide general administrative support to the wider office team

· Occasionally cover reception duties as needed

· Ensure timely and professional communication across departments

 

What We’re Looking For

· Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills

· Confident using email and basic computer applications

· Good communication skills – written and verbal

· Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively

· GCSEs (or equivalent) including English and Maths

· No prior experience required – full training will be provided
