Description:

Amey delivers facilities and estate management services to the Northampton Schools Private Finance Initiative across an estate of 42 schools (five secondary and 37 primary). Every day our people help create high-quality learning environments - ensuring they are safe, clean and compliant for teachers to inspire and where students can gain meaningful skills and qualifications. We work in partnership with our clients and end-users to ensure our 24/7 services are delivered to the highest standard with minimum impact or disruption to day-to-day operational requirements of the schools.

You will be responsible for:

  • Logging reactive works for site teams on a helpdesk system
  • General administration duties for the central management team
  • Monitoring email inboxes and responding to all correspondence.
  • Updating internal and external customers
  • Working on a live helpdesk taking calls
  • Organising access to site for booked in works to the schools

As part of your Apprenticeship, you will be enrolled onto a Business Administration Level 3 qualification. You will be fully supported by our partnered college to achieve this qualification by attending college 1-day per week, having 1-2-1 advice and support, e-learning materials, and a whole team of experts on hand for advice and technical knowledge at your office.
