We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, and dedicated pharmacist to lead the development of our Neighbourhood Mental Health pharmacy services across the Trust. As a key member of our senior management team, you will oversee and manage the Lead Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians within our Neighbourhood teams.

This is an exciting opportunity to shape and develop community pharmacy services across LPT. The role requires networking, driving innovation in mental health medicines optimisation, and working collaboratively with stakeholders. Your efforts will span the interface of inpatient and community services, ensuring seamless care transitions and improved patient outcomes.

An independent prescribing qualification and a post-graduate qualification in psychiatric pharmacyor substantial relevant experience in mental healthare essential for this role.
