Advanced Support Worker Specialists

Description:

Community Integrated Care is recruiting for Male and Female Advanced Support Worker Specialists, with flexible day and night shift patterns of 39 hours per week, or part-time being a minimum of 24 hours.

You will need to be empathetic be able to build a good rapport, resilient, good communicator, fun with a sense of humour, creative and need to listen intently. You will also need to ooze energy, enjoy going to the gym, running, dancing, yoga and keeping fit with the person that you will be supporting. You will need to be very understanding and of a nurturing nature, calm, and patient, with a 'Can Do' approach.

NVQ level 3 or above is desirable. We will provide specialist training in PBS (Positive Behaviour Support) and PDA (Pathological Demand Avoidance).

You will support a young autistic adult with learning disabilities , who has other complex needs, to lead their best life Bolder.
