Profiles Creative is partnering with a global luxury brand group to recruit a highly organized and detail-oriented Advertising Coordinator for their Advertising & Communications team. This exciting opportunity allows you to work with two prestigious luxury brands, supporting their advertising operations and ensuring flawless campaign execution across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate advertising campaigns across two major luxury brands, ensuring timely and efficient execution.

  • Manage co-op advertising programs with retail partners, including event planning, budgeting, and SEM activity.

  • Upload and manage media plans via internal media platforms.

  • Oversee budget tracking, invoicing, and financial reporting for multiple advertising portfolios.

  • Liaise with internal marketing, communications, and creative teams to align campaign objectives.

  • Collaborate with external agencies and partners to ensure campaign precision and timely delivery.

  • Maintain accurate documentation, media schedules, and reports using Excel and internal systems.

  • Support corporate campaign execution and manage advertising-related administrative tasks.


Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and administrative abilities, with exceptional attention to detail.

  • Confident working with budgets, numbers, and data analysis.

  • Proficiency in Excel and media tracking tools.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proven stakeholder management experience.

  • Ability to work effectively across multiple teams and projects, maintaining focus and precision under pressure.

  • Comfortable performing process-oriented and recurring tasks with accuracy and consistency.

  • Previous experience in advertising coordination, media operations, or marketing administration within a corporate or agency environment is preferred.
