Description:

Maintains and enhances customer services by ensuring procedures are followed and systems used correctly.
Follow any new systems procedures within the department
Answering the phone in a professional and timely manner (within 3 rings). A good telephone manner is essential.
To take job orders from clients, that include routing, classifying of service type, establishing a deadline.
To assist in providing clients with continuous notification and follow-up (which includes flight and customs delays, proof of deliveries, charges, resolutions, etc).
Familiarize yourself with all special services we can offer and ensure customers are given all options available.
Help develop and maintain relationships with clients.
Ensuring communication with service partners is kept up to date.
Sending pre-alerts to overseas offices, service partners and customers.
Assist where directed within the department
Read, sign and follow all SOP’s / COP’s
Provide quotes to customers.
Monitor all shipments as required.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Check MAWB’s for high costs and quote customer.
The job is not limited to the above list.
Additional responsibilities maybe added at the Companies discretion as the role develops

Your Skills and Experiences

Minimum of 2 years industry related experience
Full and checkable 5 year work history
Excellent knowledge of international and domestic airline routings, geography and time zones
Understanding of the Aviation industry and delivering Time Critical shipments using all available services.
Demonstrate efficient risk assessment, problem analysis and problem resolution capabilities
Understand the concept of customer care, and how to identify the root cause of problems and communicate issues with tack and diplomacy
Customer service experience necessary
Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to identify and solve problems
Good written and verbal communications skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint & Word)
Must be able to work flexible schedule to a 24/7/365 operations
