As an Aesthetician at Maison de Kimia, you’ll play a vital role in delivering high-end treatments, building client trust, and contributing to a luxurious and professional studio culture. You’ll also have the opportunity to elevate your personal brand through our well-established online platforms and loyal clientele.

Responsibilities

• Administer aesthetic injectables including Botox and dermal fillers

• Perform advanced facials, microneedling, and other skin treatments tailored to client needs

• Conduct detailed skin consultations and recommend personalised treatment plans

• Maintain exceptional hygiene and sterilisation standards at all times

• Build long-term relationships with clients through professionalism, care, and consistent results

• Capture treatment results for marketing content (if comfortable)

• Educate clients on aftercare, skin health, and product recommendations

• Keep up to date with the latest trends and training in aesthetics and skincare

• Manage bookings effectively through our digital system (training provided if needed)

• Represent the Maison de Kimia brand with confidence and style both in-person and online

Requirements

• Qualified in aesthetics or beauty therapy, with training in injectables (Botox/fillers)

• Certified in or willing to train in microneedling, facials, and advanced skin rejuvenation

• Experience in any of the following is a bonus:

• Russian Lip Technique, Profile Balancing, Fat Dissolving, PDO Threads, etc.

• Valid aesthetic insurance (must be separate from NHS if applicable)

• Strong interpersonal skills and a client-first attitude

• Able to work independently in a professional environment

• Brings own products/consumables for injectables (studio provides all equipment)

• Comfortable being featured on social media (or open to collaborative promotion)
