Description:
Jimmy Choo, a global luxury brand known for fine Italian craftsmanship, is looking for an Aftersales Coordinator to provide high-level technical support and manage the end-to-end aftersales claim process within the responsible region. The role supports global stores and repair companies, ensuring department KPIs and SLAs are met.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support and advice to staff and consumers.
Manage the aftersales claim process to meet KPIs and SLAs.
Support global stores with challenging aftersales cases.
Manage component requests from global stores.
Participate in weekly aftersales meetings with the Italy team.
Assist with material guide development, bulk ordering, and training.
Liaise with customer service teams to maintain high service standards.
Communicate regularly with regional repair companies to improve service.
Deliver aftersales process training within the region.
Support department reporting for claims and key issues.
Collaborate with other departments on key projects.
Candidate Profile:
Background in aftersales and luxury goods with product/material knowledge is highly desirable.
Excellent administration and prioritization skills.
Strong verbal and written communication.
Proactive problem solver with continuous improvement mindset.
Highly proficient in MS Excel and Outlook.
Detail-oriented with accuracy in work.
Innovative, proactive, and a positive “can do” attitude.
Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly.
Team player who can also work independently.
Transparent, consistent, committed, confident, and assertive.
Well-presented with strong communication skills.
