Agency Sales Manager

Description:

A reputable and rapidly expanding London-based tour operator is seeking an experienced Agency Sales Manager to join their team in a field-based capacity. This role focuses on maximising sales potential by nurturing and expanding relationships with retail travel agent partners, enhancing brand awareness, and identifying new B2B opportunities. Acting as a brand ambassador, you will bring energy, professionalism, and passion for travel to every interaction with partners, clients, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and grow sales with core B2B accounts and targeted retail agents.

• Identify and pursue growth markets, categories, and partners aligned with company objectives, including associations, media partners, influencers, and affiliates.

• Implement innovative sales and marketing plans tailored to customer needs.

• Deliver product training, client presentations, and inspirational showcase events.

• Maximise use of marketing collateral to secure strong brand presence in partner agencies.

• Participate in trade shows, consumer events, and identify new event opportunities.

• Monitor competitor activity, industry trends, and provide market feedback.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales activity records in Salesforce.

• Attend relevant national and international conferences to promote the brand.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in Business Development, Partnership Management, or Agency Sales within the travel industry.

• Demonstrated ability to deliver ROI and sales growth.

• Understanding of social media and digital brand marketing.

• Strong presentation skills and the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.

• Existing strong travel agent relationships, ready to leverage for immediate impact.

Package & Benefits:

• £35,000 – £42,000 annual salary (DOE) + Bonus
