A fantastic opportunity for an AI Engineer to join a rapidly growing company building AI Agents for the Financial Services sector. The AI Agents are designed to enhance productivity by analysing large datasets and creating custom content, enabling accelerated growth at lower costs.

In this role, you will be at the forefront of AI/ML development, working closely with Founders and team members to build the world’s leading AI Agents tailored for financial services.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Design, develop, and deploy advanced AI/ML capabilities
✅ Research & evaluate emerging AI/ML algorithms & technologies
✅ Collaborate with data scientists to engineer high-quality datasets for model training
✅ Develop & maintain scalable machine learning pipelines
✅ Perform rigorous model validation & performance monitoring
✅ Ensure ethical AI/ML practices and compliance
✅ Stay updated with AI/ML research trends and best practices
✅ Contribute to AI/ML development standards across the organization

Required Qualifications & Skills:

✔ 7+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering
✔ Proven experience in financial data processing and AI/ML solutions for financial services
✔ Expertise in Python and ML libraries (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch)
✔ Strong understanding of data engineering principles
✔ Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
✔ Excellent collaboration skills
✔ Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
✔ Strong grasp of ethical AI/ML considerations

Preferred Qualifications (Bonus Skills):

➕ Experience in deep learning & natural language processing (NLP)
➕ Hands-on experience with MLOps & DevOps practices
➕ Familiarity with financial regulations & compliance
➕ Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
