Description:
Harnham is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Analytics Lead to join a dynamic and creative digital agency team based in London. This is a strategic and hands-on position ideal for a digital analytics expert ready to step into a leadership role, owning the analytics function across diverse digital campaigns for clients in the hospitality, travel, and entertainment sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage analytics efforts across multiple client accounts
Oversee implementation of tracking and tagging using GTM
Develop and maintain robust dashboards and reporting systems using GA4 and Looker Studio
Deliver clear, actionable insights to guide business and marketing strategies
Collaborate closely with internal teams including performance marketing, creative, and paid media
Line manage and support an offshore analytics specialist
Balance hands-on technical execution (approx. 75%) with client-facing communication and strategy (approx. 25%)
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Technically proficient in GTM, GA4, Looker Studio
Able to work independently and take ownership of analytics strategy
Comfortable managing client relationships and presenting data-driven recommendations
Team-oriented, proactive, and passionate about digital innovation
Ready to join a collaborative agency environment and drive measurable impact
