Gram Games, a London-based mobile game studio and part of the Zynga & Take-Two Interactive family, is seeking a highly skilled Analytics Manager to drive the company’s data strategy and lead a team of analytics professionals. Gram Games is known for hit titles such as 1010!, Six!, Merge Dragons!, and Merge Magic!, and continues to expand with exciting new projects.
This role is ideal for a seasoned data professional with a passion for mobile gaming and expertise in analytics, machine learning, and data-driven strategy. The successful candidate will lead Gram’s data team, establish cutting-edge data science frameworks, and provide advanced predictive models to enhance player engagement, optimize monetization strategies, and influence business growth. You will have a unique opportunity to make a direct impact on product performance and company-wide strategic decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of data scientists and analysts, ensuring technical growth and cross-team collaboration.
Define and execute Gram Games’ data science strategy in alignment with business goals.
Develop advanced statistical models, machine learning systems, and predictive frameworks for player engagement, retention, and monetization optimization.
Design robust A/B testing frameworks for game features, marketing campaigns, and monetization strategies.
Build performance marketing models for user acquisition efficiency, ROI analysis, and lifetime value (LTV) prediction.
Communicate analytical insights and complex findings to executive leadership in a clear and actionable manner.
Collaborate with engineering to implement scalable data solutions and ensure a robust data infrastructure.
Serve as the data authority in strategic planning, influencing product roadmaps and long-term business strategy.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in data science and apply innovative methodologies to maintain a competitive edge.
What You Bring:
Strong passion for video games and a deep understanding of the mobile gaming industry.
6+ years of professional analytics experience, with 2+ years in leadership or senior management roles.
Advanced degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative discipline.
Expert knowledge of machine learning, statistics, and causal inference, applied to real-world business problems.
Mastery in Python, SQL, and experience with production-level data science applications.
Proven track record of leading impactful data science initiatives and teams.
Experience with big data and cloud platforms (AWS, Snowflake, etc.).
Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
Expertise in performance marketing analytics for mobile games (UA, attribution, ROAS optimization, LTV modeling).
Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience in game analytics, player behavior modeling, and free-to-play monetization highly desirable.
