Description:

The International Tennis Integrity Agency (ITIA) is seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Anti-Doping Officer to support the Anti-Doping Programme Manager and Senior Director in delivering a world-class anti-doping programme. This is a full-time, permanent role based in Roehampton, South West London, and applicants must have the right to work in the UK; sponsorship is not available.

The Anti-Doping Officer will play a crucial administrative and operational role in managing key anti-doping responsibilities. This includes oversight of the whereabouts programme, handling player retirements, liaising with external bodies (such as ATP, WTA, ITF, GS, and NADOs), compiling key reports and statistics, and managing communications with players and anti-doping stakeholders.

The role also involves administration of ADAMS (Anti-Doping Administration & Management System), maintaining anti-doping compliance records, and supporting the management of internal portals and project initiatives. Weekend work and occasional travel may be required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the whereabouts programme and player retirement processes

  • Maintain strong communication with stakeholders, including international tours and anti-doping bodies

  • Monitor and triage the Anti-Doping inbox

  • Gather, analyse, and distribute monthly, quarterly, and annual statistics

  • Support the administration and management of ADAMS and the internal Portal

  • Record data accurately to ensure compliance with the World Anti-Doping Code

  • Provide on-call support for player whereabouts needs

  • Assist in the planning and execution of meetings and projects led by the Senior Director

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Strong organizational and project management capabilities

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • High attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive information confidentially

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)

  • Self-motivated, flexible, and able to work under pressure

  • Willingness to work weekends and travel as required

Desirable Skills:

  • Proficiency in French or Spanish

  • Familiarity with tennis or sports governance

  • Prior experience with ADAMS or related compliance systems

Benefits:

  • Salary: £29,000 – £32,000 (depending on experience)
