Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the engineering team in developing secure, high-performance features using Flutter/Dart.

- Advocate for code quality, security, and performance in a high-scale environment.
- Establish and maintain best practices, coding standards, and architectural integrity.

What We’re Looking For:
- 10+ years of overall experience in software development.
- Proven expertise in Flutter/Dart (state management, widget libraries, asynchronous programming).
- Strong background in multi-platform development (web, mobile, and desktop applications).
- Deep experience in performance optimization, scalability, and security best practices.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and AWS serverless computing.
- Experience leading teams and mentoring engineers in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Strong technical documentation skills, including C4 Model and Architectural Decision Records.
