Qualifications And Competences
 

• Option 1: Higher technical education (e.g. in civil or façade engineering) and minimum of 5 years’ experience in practical building project management.
• Option 2: No higher technical education, but at least 8 years of relevant experience in product testing and practical building project management (RIBA stages I-V: pre-design, planning, production, installation).
• Hands-on technical expertise with strong communication skills to ensure our product solutions meet the specific needs of the local market.
• UK market knowledge and understanding.
• Willingness to travel for approx. 30%, based in the focus area of Greater Manchester.
• Proficient in English (Level C2) and IT literate in Microsoft Office.
