Application Support

Description:

My client are looking to bring on a Application Support Engineer with prior level 1 and 2 support experience. The candidate will interact with all EMEA teams and provide support for the firms proprietary and external trading applications.

*A decent level of scripting ability is required for this role (Python)

• . Providing general level 1/2/3 support duties to global teams operating across EMEA

• · Provide support to trading groups systems that operate across a multi-platform environment
• · Incident management - troubleshooting
• · Build out documentation for procedures
• · Automate software configuration and work towards flawless change management

Requirements:

• · Front office experience , supporting trading systems
• . General interest in financial markets
• · Good understanding of Equities
• · Python
• · Tech stack: Linux, SQL, python
• · Keen eye for automation!
• · Flexibility in schedule : on-call requirements
• · A degree in computing or a related field
