The role

We are looking for an experienced developer to join the Corporate and Academic Systems team within Exeter IT, working primarily on our student record systems.

Responsible for the implementation, maintenance, configuration and support of these systems, you will have experience of enterprise applications in a higher education environment, including extensive demonstrable experience of such systems.

The role will require you to work with the Design and Operations teams within Exeter IT, as well as with our software suppliers.

  • You will be a personable, self-starter who has a proven track record of working collaboratively within a team, sharing knowledge, and mentoring more junior developers.
  • You will be educated to degree level or have equivalent industry experience.
  • Applicants should have a proven experience of the following systems: Tribal SITS, E:Vision, SRS

Plus experience in a number of the following technologies:

  • Microsoft SSRS, SSIS
  • HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery
