Description:
Designed Search is offering an exceptional opportunity for a talented and driven Architect or experienced Part 2 or Part 3 Architectural Assistant to join a prestigious architectural practice in North Oxfordshire. Key Responsibilities:
Involvement in high-end residential projects from initial design through to completion
Work across all RIBA stages, contributing to both conceptual and technical aspects of projects
Produce detailed and innovative architectural designs and technical drawings using Revit
Collaborate closely with clients to understand and interpret bespoke design requirements
Ensure designs meet UK building regulations and adhere to quality and regulatory standards
Provide creative solutions and contribute to the overall project delivery in a hybrid working setup
Participate in site visits and coordinate with contractors and consultants as needed
Contribute to the firm's continuous improvement and design innovation efforts
Requirements:
Qualified Architect or experienced Part 2/Part 3 Architectural Assistant
Strong experience in residential architecture, ideally with luxury one-off homes or large-scale residential developments
Proficient in Revit with real-world project experience (intermediate level acceptable)
Ability to develop bespoke design detailing and technical solutions
Strong knowledge of UK building regulations
Experience working across all RIBA project stages
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Excellent problem-solving abilities and time management
Must be based within approximately two hours of the Banbury office (flexible with hybrid structure)
