CMA Architects are a well-established and close-knit Architecture Firm. We have our Design Studio at Hillington Park Innovation Centre which is a vibrant, convenient and friendly place to work. We have an exciting opportunity for a 2-3 years post-qualified Architect to join our small team.

Working as part of an experienced team of Architects and designers, you will be working with a wide range of projects ranging from residential to commercial and Industrial. It is a fantastic opportunity for you to deliver some very rewarding projects alongside a warm and friendly team.

The successful applicant will have a Part III qualification from an accredited UK university and will have the following qualities:

• Architect with 2+ years experience.
• The ability to carry out the full range of professional services of a qualified Architect within the RIBA Work Stages
• The ability to design / sketch / render / present / detail and deliver projects.
• job running experience and good knowledge of contract administration
• knowledge of Scottish building regulations and planning policies
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is essential
• Experience in residential and commercial projects
• Be proactive in your work and have the energy and desire to succeed.
• Take a hands-on approach with your projects
• Be willing to get involved in the decision making process within the practice.
