Area Sales Manager

 

Description:

The Area Sales Manager will develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets within the designated Midlands territory. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients, including regular client visits and presentations of new/seasonal products. The manager will provide brand and merchandising training, support international events and marketing initiatives, and ensure timely order fulfillment. They will also proactively resolve client concerns to maintain satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets

  • Maintain and grow client accounts with regular visits

  • Present new and seasonal product lines at least twice yearly

  • Follow up on leads and referrals from field activity

  • Provide product and visual merchandising training to clients

  • Support international events and marketing/visual merchandising initiatives

  • Ensure product range fulfillment and timely order completion

  • Address and resolve client concerns proactively
