The company is currently seeking a passionate and experienced Talent Manager (Manager/Agent) to join its London-based team. This pivotal role involves representing the company’s artists, expanding its creative reach, and driving strategic partnerships across the arts and entertainment industries. The successful candidate will play an instrumental role in promoting Dance.Film.Performance.’s vision, securing new opportunities, and managing relationships with venues, festivals, media partners, and cultural institutions.
This hybrid role offers flexibility for remote work while maintaining a strong presence within the UK arts scene. The position is ideal for someone with a deep appreciation of contemporary performance, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a strong professional network within the creative industries.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategies to enhance the visibility and influence of Dance.Film.Performance. and its artists.
Build and sustain partnerships with venues, festivals, and creative institutions.
Identify and secure funding, sponsorships, and commissioning opportunities for projects.
Represent artists and the company in negotiations, collaborations, and public engagements.
Oversee PR initiatives, brand development, and media relations.
Support the long-term career and artistic growth of represented talent.
Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum 3 years of experience in artist management, talent representation, or arts development.
Proven record of success in brand building, networking, and partnership cultivation.
Strong knowledge of arts promotion, PR strategies, and funding mechanisms.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Experience within performance, film, or digital production industries.
Familiarity with the UK and international dance/performance landscape.
Bachelor’s degree in Arts Management, Business, Marketing, or a related discipline (preferred).
Additional Desirable Attributes:
Established professional relationships with cultural organizations, festivals, or media outlets.
Experience managing interdisciplinary or digital performance artists.
Genuine passion for innovation in contemporary dance, film, and performance art.
